Description

Electric energy is essential for anything that we do. Electricity is most often generated in power stations also known as power houses, which are more economical. This generated electrical energy has to be transmitted over a long distance for commercial and domestic use. A lightning protection ensures safety to the building. It is designed to protect a structural damage due to lightning strikes by preventing such strikes and safely passing them to the ground. Because of the high energy and current levels associated with lightning, no protection system can guarantee absolute safety from lightning.
