Description

Fieldbus is a real-time distribution control system. It differs from other communication protocol, since it is mainly designed to resolve process control applications.
Fieldbus is mainly designed to replace point-to- point wiring which reduces significant reduction in installation costs and in the number of connectors. This has also made the expansion and modification of existing network simpler and less expensive.
This course is mainly designed to help students to know about Fieldbus and its advancements along with DeviceNet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, HSE, EtherCat and Wireless Fieldbus and ProfiNet.
After completion of this course, students will get to know about the complete description of DeviceNet, ProfiBus, FieldBus, High Speed Ethernet and Wireless Fieldbus etc.
